How To Make A Happiness Jar Gift For A Friend
Making a happiness jar is really simple.
Pick a jar. It can be a pretty mason jar or even be a used pickle jar (just make sure to remove the label).
Then decide what positive notes you want to go inside the happiness jar.
Remember, you want to add a little sunshine to someone’s life.
Think of the person you are giving it to.
Does this person need words of encouragement?
Daily affirmations?
Or maybe you just want to write down some little happy thoughts you feel that person needs to know.
If you are having trouble coming up with ideas of things to write in a happy jar, then check out some of these happy note ideas.
Things To Write In A Happy Jar
Some positive and encouraging thoughts to put inside your happiness jar gift.
- You owe yourself the love that you so freely give to others.
- Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn.
- You are the most valuable investment you will ever make.
- Focus on the step in front of you, not the whole staircase.
- When you focus on the good, the good increases.
- The same light you see in others is shining within you, too.
- Celebrate every win, no matter how small.
- You are loved no matter how you feel.
- The way you speak to yourself matters.

Give The Happy Jar Gift
The best part about this happy jar gift is that it can be absolutely free!
So if you have no money for gifts (check out how to afford Christmas with NO MONEY) then this can be the perfect solution!
All you need is a jar.
Now I decorated my happy jar to add a rustic touch. If you want to copy mine, then you just need to add a wood slice with some twine.
I used lowercase typewriter stamps to write the words “the happy jar” on the wood slice and just tied it on the jar with twine.
Very simple, yet so beautiful.
So give a jar full of happiness to a friend as a gift!
It’s so easy using my FREE happy notes, and it’s basically free!
